Menax foam depot on Clinton Street Gutted by Fire

Residents of Clinton Street were awaken in the dead of the night at about 12:10 am by fire wild fire which had engulfed the Menax foam depot.

According to an eye witness who did not want identity disclosed said the source of the fire was from an illegal connection which was done in the building which the occupants of the building have vehemently complained to the landlord about which he neglected.

The is incident affected three buildings in all with properties worth hundreds of millions of Naira lost, when this inferno was on the men of the State Fire Service were present with at least 9 trucks to help quench the fire incident.
