The Independent People of Biafra have issued a statement declaring that Thursday 9th of September 2021 is a day of total lockdown in the entire South East region of Nigeria.
This Civil Disobedience according to them is against the visit of the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria Muhammad Buhari to Owerri the Capital of Imo State Owerri, they have advised every resident of the South East to stay at home so as to drive home their point which is the total rejection of the Nigerian State.
