Anambra Court Restrains INEC from accepting any Person as a PDP Candidate for the November 6 Guber Elections in the State.
This in reaction to a suit filled by Senator Ugochukwu Uba against the People’s Democratic Party, Independent National Electoral Commission and Valentine Ozigbo and Justice Nwabunike issued an order restraining the Independent National Electoral Commission from Accepting any Candidate from the People’s Democratic Party pending the outcome of the suit.
