New making rounds as seen in a public service announcement in page 25 of Vanguard Newspaper of January 12th 2021 is that Anambra State Government has put up landed properties it owns in choice Areas of the Capital of Enugu State up for sale,from the announcement they are 5 in all,3 in G.R.A. Enugu and 2 in Independence Layout Enugu.
The process of bidding is seen and the pictures attached below but the question begging for answers here is “WHAT IS THE GOVERNMENT’S AIM OF SELLING THESE PROPERTIES???”
