Anambra State Government has issued a warning about landed properties that individual who want invest in landed properties should avoid.
This was contained in a memo from the state Ministry Of Lands which was signed by its commissioner, Prof Amuchazi, it stated that unscrupulous persons have been deceiving unsuspecting individual to purchase landed properties belonging to the state government
The General Public are advised to avoid being swindled of their hand earned money by purchasing properties which appear in the above memo and report any individual who is part of this ring of criminals to appropriate authorities.
