The Government of Anambra has declared Thursday 4th and Friday 5th of November 2021 work free day for public servant through out the state.
This was contained in a circular to heads of ministries, departments and agencies of government which was signed by the Head of Service Bar. Harry Udu,
According to the head of service this is to enable public servant who need to travel to their various home towns in order to cast their votes in the Saturday Gubernatorial Election to do so without any hitch.
This circular has started taking effect as students who school in state government schools with boarding facility are seeing around the state traveling back to their various homes as schools have embarked on a short break.
