Anambra 2021; Ugochukwu Uba Loses in Court as Court Vacates Order Restraining Candidacy of Val Ozigbo

Awka High Court today declined to renew the order it granted Senator Ugochukwu Uba on the 5th July 2021 which restrained Mr Valentine Ozigbo as the candidate of People’s Democratic Party (PDP) for the November 6th Governorship Election in Anambra.

The Order which was initially granted by Justice Nwabunike and Today from its proceedings refused to renew the order and it stands vacated and the refusal to renew this order means that in the eyes of the law Valentine Ozigbo is the candidate of the People’s Democratic Party for the Guber Election.
