The High Court sitting in the Federal Capital Territory has nullified The People’s Democratic Party 3 man Adhoc Ward delegate election for the Gubernatorial Primary election which took place on the 10th and 11th of June 2021.
This has dealt a heavy blow on the scheduled gubernatorial primary which was supposed to take place on the 26th of June 2021.
While delivering the ruling Justice Olukayode Adeniyi said that all the party activities which took place after the court sacked the Anambra State PDP Executive Council on the 9th of June 202, this includes the ward congress which held on the 10th and 11th of June is null and void as it violates court order.
