Anambra State Commissioner for Public Utilities Engr. Emeka Ezenwanne has been freed by his captors, the commissioner was abducted at the scene where frontline Aspirant for Anambra Governorship Election Prof. Charles Soludo was attacked while addressing the youths of his home town Isuofia.
According to a security source who wants to be anonymous, the commissioner regained his freedom at about 2:30 am on this morning .
