The Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has struck out the suit seeking to disqualify the Governor Elect of Anambra State Prof. Charles Soludo.
This suit was seeking to disqualify the Governor Elect over error committed in the nomination form submitted to the Independent National Electoral Commission INEC.
His Lordship, Hon Justice Taiwo Taiwo of the Federal High court in his judgement awarded cost of 2million naira against the Plaintiffs, while stating that the case lacks merit warranted to disqualify the Governor Elect.
