State House of Assembly Election: APGA Disqualifies Rev. Father Ebube Mmuonso’s Brother, 13 Others.

Hon Charles Obimma of Oyi has been disqualified from contesting in the primary elections of Anambra State House of Assembly under the All Progressive Grand Alliance APGA for the 2023 general elections, Hon Obimma is the elder brother of Rev Fr Ebube Mmuonso.

His disqualification may be connected to the fact that it was rumoured that he was in romance with the All Progressive Congress APC in events leading to the 2021 Governorship Election.

A shocking disqualification was that of Engr Ifeanyi Aniagoh who was the DG of the Digital Entrepreneurship Office of the Anambra State Government and is contesting for the seat of Njikoka 2 State Constituency, Ifeanyi Aniagoh who lead the Digital Media team of the re-election of former Governor Willie Obiano when he was the Senior Special Assistant to the then Governor on New Media. Reasons for his disqualification are yet to be known.

Nwonye Charles Afamefuna of Nnewi North
Ibegbu Chukwunweike of Onitsha north II
Anthony Muobike of Aguata II
Ezemmuo Christian Abuchi of Aguata II
