Iwene Tansi FC Player simply known as Afam has said to have slumped and died during a football match.
According to sources this incident occured in Odume Layout in Obosi, Idemili North LGA during a football match which is a group stage of a local league in the area.
The player was confirmed dead on arrival at the hospital.
