The Federal High Court Abuja today disqualified Sen. Andy Ubah as the candidate of the All Progressive Congress APC in the just concluded Governorship Election in Anambra State.
This judgement was delivered by Justice Inyang Ekwo in a suit filled by Dr. George Muoghalu challenging the emergence of Sen. Andy Ubah as APC’s flag bearer.
According to the judgement the judge stated that the evidences before him proves the party did not conduct any primary election and therefore can not present Sen. Andy Ubah as the party’s candidate.
