Anambra State Government has arrested a couple in Adazi Ani Anaocha LGA for starving their 5 year old daughter after the child was accused of being a witch following prophecy from a pastor.
The Commissioner for women affairs and social welfare while addressing news men following the arrest said that the couple said they were following the revelations of their pastor as that is the reason behind their actions.
The couple are currently in police custody and waiting arraignment in court for their actions.
