The Anambra State Capital Awka Fell victim of the series of unfortunate attacks by the Unknown Gunmen currently ravaging the state.
The Alex Ekwueme Square/ State Secretariat Axis of Awka this evening was thrown into choas and fear as Unknown Gunmen Attacked the B Division Police station which is situated opposite the Jerome Udoji Secretariat Awka, these attack was characterized by shooting into the air for long number of minutes and the shifted to the Independent National Electoral Commission Office on the Judiciary Road of Alex Ekwueme Square Axis.
Reports also have it that the B Division Police station and the INEC office were set ablaze by these attackers and the number of police officers who fell to this attack are yet to be ascertained, this is as seen in an amateur video recorded from a distance in a residential building around this area.
