Appeal Court Listens to APGA’s Case Sets Ruling Date

The Court of Appeal sitting in Kano today listened to the case between the Victor Oye Led Faction and Jude Okeke Led Faction of the All Progressive Grand Alliance APGA and Has Set date for ruling.

This Special court is of a panel constituted by the president of the court of Appeal consist of H. S. Tsammani JCA (presiding) Maiwada Abdullahi JCA and Usman Musale JCA.

After listening to the argument of the parties involved with Wole Olanikpekun SAN ( Lead Counsel) P.I.N. Ikwueto, Steve Nwoga and Ifeanyi Mbaeri all representing Victor Oye and APGA while Umar Siad Esq led the Jude Okeke Faction, the presiding set Friday 30th July 2021 as ruling date.

This ruling will determine the faith of the Factional candidates of the All Progressive Grand Alliance APGA in the November 6th Governorship Election in Anambra.
