Anambra 2021;Soludo Goes Into An Early Lead As Deputy Governor Nkem Okeke Losses Polling Unit to APGA

Results of yesterday’s Governorship Election in Anambra State have started trickling in from polling unit and Ward level and we have it in very many quarters that the Candidate of the All Progressive Grand Alliance APGA Prof. Chukwuma Soludo has taken a early lead.

One of results of this early lead was the result from the polling unit of the Incumbent Deputy Governor of the State Dr Nkem Okeke who recently defected from the ruling part in the state All Progressive Grand Alliance APGA to All Progressive Congress APC, This result showed that the Deputy Governor even with his perceived clout still lost in his polling unit, the result from the polling unit are as follows;

Results from the INEC portal show that out 5720 polling units in the State results from 4144 polling units have been submitted, this is as at the time of filing in this report at 7:21 am Sunday morning.

The people are eagerly waiting from the official announcement of the results from various local government as the Resident Electoral Commissioner of Anambra State yesterday said that the state collation centre will be opened by 10 am Sunday morning.
