Appeal Court Enugu Division Sacks Anambra APC State Chairman

The Appeal Court sitting in  Enugu has sacked Chief Basil Ejidike as the Chairman of The All Progressive Congress APC and reinstated  Barr Emeka Ibe as the state chairman of the party.

Appeal court Enugu set aside the judgement of the high court Awka which sacked Emeka Ibe and recognized Basil Ejidike, The court went further to declare that Basil Ejidike is a meddlesome interloper in the matter concerning the Chairmanship of the Party in Anambra State.
